Here, There & Everywhere…....

My good friends there are four major notices this week;

1. Please keep Friday 20th January free to attend Mass at 5pm followed by a supper in appreciation of Fr Jayan
before he leaves for his new appointment to Bunbury at the end of this month. Bring a plate of finger food to
share and have your song ready!

2. It is with warm hearts we extend our welcome to Fr Shemil Vallavanattu to our Parish family and trust his stay will be much blessed for him and us.

3. A reminder to fill out your form to attend Summer school 2012 with Fr Tony Chiera and Dr Michael Jackson on Tuesday 24th January from 5.30pm to 8.30pm...If your name is not on the list you will be reported to Fr Gerald as
it was his leaving command!

4. Prayers for Jean Spargo as she awaits her call Home; For Jenny (daughter of Heather Doy) a young Mum of two who is seriously ill; For Beryl Lavater as she has spent time in Fremantle Hospital; for Terri Egan in Peel hospital; Lloyd Wyss had to leave Church last Sunday not feeling well.

Deepest sympathy to Jenny Phelan and family at the sad loss of Anthony husband, father and friend. Our prayers and love are with you. It was great to see Ronnie Allen (cancer sufferer) at the ‘send off’ for Fr Gerald serving tea to friends.

Thanks again to all who made Fr Gerald’s night so wonderful, sad though it was. Two valiant washer-uppers were from our Fire youth; Luke Fitzgerald and Christine Le Tessier.

A special thanks to Lita Cossar & Melinda Dovan for their assistance in cleaning our Church, who are now taking a well deserved break. Have a special week. Showers of blessings as we look forward to thanking God for Fr Jayan and we thank Fr himself for his pastoral care of us during these past six months.
